Send the brief. Get an architecture-minded first reply.

Hosted IPPBX, multi-tenant PABX, hire FreeSWITCH, WebRTC softphone, telecom ERP, CCaaS or a domain product — the form is the fastest way to a scoped answer from any country. This is not a UnifiedPBX dashboard sign-in.

Need a quick intro — not the full brief?

Click the orange Checklist / Intro button on the right edge of the page (same as on Solutions). A popup opens — enter your work email and name, pick checklist / 15-min intro / updates, and send. No budget or stack required.

Prefer the deep dive? Use the project brief form below.

Project brief

Share the problem, current architecture or product idea. Pick the closest type if you are unsure — the first reply will name the plane. The more specific the stack and the failure, the more useful that reply.

Uploads stay off the public web. PDF, image, text, log or zip — 2 MB max. A URL is enough if the file is larger.

Typical first reply: whether the problem is signaling, tenancy, a missing CRM/ERP plane, or a system that should stay as it is — and the next implementation step.

Direct channels

Use these if you already have a thread. For a new build, the form still gets the faster scoped reply.

Based in Delhi, India. Remote delivery worldwide. NDAs are normal.

What happens after you submit

1
Review

Stack, modules, carriers and the failure mode are read before anyone talks price.

2
Clarify

You get the questions that change architecture — tenancy, GST vs port, who owns SIP, recording locality.

3
Plan

A next implementation step you can run: schema, pcap, lab, or a 90-day slice.

Why the form in 2026

  • The GST bill and the dialer often disagree. The brief tells us if you need one system of record.
  • Hosted AI-voice demos break on real SIP. The details box shows whether you need to own the call.
  • Budget band is optional. When it is present, the first reply can be honest about rescue vs MVP vs platform.

What to include so the first reply is useful

  • Plane: CRM/ERP modules, insurance desk, UnifiedPBX, ZenTech AI Agent, CCaaS, AI voice, or a domain product — or none of those yet.
  • System of record: who owns the customer today (ERP, CRM, PBX, spreadsheet).
  • Voice extras if relevant: engine (FreeSWITCH / Asterisk 22 / FusionPBX / CPaaS), DID, and what already failed (one-way audio, dead trunk, demo that cannot transfer).
  • Constraints: tenant count, recording locality, TRAI/DNC, languages, target go-live.

Prefer to browse first? See case studies, services and solutions — then send the form with the URL you care about.

Good first messages look like this

“Clixxo-class ERP: GST bills do not see the SIP port we sold. Need one login for CRM, billing and HR. Next.js/NestJS welcome.”

“Insurance desk: quotes in one tool, Dial in another. Agencies and DSAs. Want WebRTC on the same screen as the lead.”

“FusionPBX + WebRTC, one-way audio on Chrome, 40 agents, India DID. Lab diagnosis this month, AI queue later.”

FAQ

Before you send the brief

Founders and companies use the same form. The first reply is architecture — not a login.

You can. Channels above stay live. The form captures service, budget and timeline so the first reply can be scoped instead of a second round of “can you send more details?”

Serious briefs with a stack and a failure mode are reviewed first. Time-zone overlap with Delhi is agreed in the first reply. This is not an autoresponder.

Yes, when the project needs it. Public case studies already omit client names, recordings and proprietary data.

Yes. Use the buttons on this page. Mention UnifiedPBX.in in the invite so the same brief is not started twice.

No. Voice is one plane. Hosted IPPBX, multi-tenant PABX, hire FreeSWITCH, custom CRM/ERP, insurance desks, UnifiedPBX, ZenTech AI Agent, CCaaS and domain products are on the same practice. Pick the closest type or “Not sure”.

No. There is no public tenant login on this site. Contact is for a build brief — hosted IPPBX software, a white-label PABX, or hiring FreeSWITCH / WebRTC help.

Yes. Delivery is remote from Delhi. Name your time zone, carriers and where media must live. The first reply agrees overlap — this is not an India-only install shop.

Yes. Short jobs (one-way audio, ARI spike, SIP.js embed) are normal. Upwork and this form both work. Send the stack and the failure.

Yes. Hosted IPPBX, multi-tenant CCaaS and CRM+voice as your product — not a Zoom seat. Name VPC, carriers and who owns the source. The first reply is architecture.

Use the chips above the form, or choose “Not sure / help me choose.” Describe the outcome — bill every port, quote a policy, answer every inbound, keep files off a public LLM. The first reply names the plane. Tooltips on the ? marks explain budget, timeline and uploads.
