BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Architectures for outcomes, not feature lists

Start from the job: answer every call, host a PBX, sell seats, embed a phone, or retire “press 1.” Each Explore page is a full solution brief with a diagram competitors usually skip.

Services are how we work. Solutions are what a buyer can point at in a search or an RFP: AI call center, cloud PBX, multi-tenant hosted PBX, VoIP platform, WebRTC softphone, IVR automation.

The edge over a generic UCaaS or CPaaS landing page is the picture: who owns SIP, who owns media, who owns the model, and what happens when any of those fail.

Not sure which solution?

If you sell communication, start with VoIP platform or multi-tenant PBX. If you operate a center, start with AI call center or cloud PBX.

AI Call Center

Hybrid AI and human queues on real SIP trunks, with CRM write-back and QA on both agent types.

Explore solution →

Cloud PBX

Hosted extensions, IVR, recording and failover — a hardware IPPBX or locked UCaaS alternative you can inspect.

Explore solution →

Multi-Tenant PBX

Isolation, DID ownership, reseller layers and metering so you can sell hosted PBX without tenant crosstalk.

Explore solution →

VoIP Platform

APIs, number inventory, routing and an admin OS — a vertical TPaaS, not a Twilio clone for its own sake.

Explore solution →

WebRTC Softphone

Embed browser calling in your SaaS: click-to-call, inbound toasts, hold/transfer and a TURN path that works off-LAN.

Explore solution →

IVR Automation

Programmable trees with DTMF plus optional AI. Every leaf calls an API or a human — no dead ends.

FAQ

Solution questions

A service is a capability (FreeSWITCH, WebRTC, DevOps). A solution is a business outcome assembled from those capabilities. Most projects buy one solution and pull two or three services.

Yes. That is the intended path: fix the tree and API leaves, then add an AI worker on the same queue events. Do not buy a conversational demo that cannot DTMF or transfer.

Yes. Indian SIP/IMS trunks, local DIDs and global carriers are routine. Number reputation and recording locality are designed, not assumed.

Each solution is a unique URL with a description, FAQ schema, Service schema and a crawlable diagram in HTML — the format answer engines can quote. llms.txt also lists these URLs for AI crawlers.
