The problem
Membership clubs needed events, loyalty points, invoicing and vouchers on one desk — not separate event plugins and accounting exports.
Constraints
Delivery stayed inside the client's stack, tenancy, compliance and media-ownership boundaries. Where a choice was forced (suite vs owned plane, BYOC vs CPaaS, local vs cloud models), the architecture section below records the trade-off rather than a marketing rewrite.
Business requirements
Admin desk, member enrolment, events, bonus IQ points, invoices and voucher redemption on PHP MVC.
Engineering challenges
- Loyalty ledger — points and redemptions stay consistent with invoices.
- Role-based admin — operators vs members on shared login patterns.
The solution
Membership loyalty platform platform with admin modules and member flows documented on demo pages.
My role
Full-stack PHP delivery — admin desk, membership rules and demo walkthrough.
Technology stack
Production considerations
- Invoice and points mutations in transactions.
- Member PII scoped to club tenant.
Product depth
Context. Not a voice / SIP / PBX platform
Most case studies on this site assume FreeSWITCH, WebRTC or CRM+dialer. Membership loyalty platform is membership software — the object is the member record, the event calendar, the bonus ledger and the invoice row. If you need hosted PBX or AI voice on SIP, see UnifiedPBX or AI Voice IVR.
Admin desk — member registry
Search by name, address, phone, email, membership ID, type and status. Each row links to an invoice number and exposes view / edit / delete. Membership types in capture include BP, MITS and IQ — different product lines on the same member core.
Invoices, coupons and products
Payment module covers invoices, coupons and products. Invoice grid shows discount, gross amount, payment timestamp and status badges (Success / Pending). Staff can add invoices, edit rows and download PDF — the club’s finance trail stays next to the member record, not in a separate spreadsheet.
Bonus points & redemption
Bonus point types include Redemption and Voucher Bonus. Admin can add redeem records against members (first name, birth date, gender) and run redeem reports. Voucher module sits beside events — one loyalty plane instead of three tools.
Events, enrolment & multi-date redeem
Events carry titles, descriptions and multiple redeem dates — members pick eligible sessions from a modal. Calendar and enrolment modules in the admin sidebar tie the public event list back to staff-controlled schedules.
Member portal — login, profile, assessment
Public site uses a illustrated brand (houses, mascot) with English forms and Traditional Chinese navigation (主頁 · 關於我們 · 聯絡我們). Members pick a type, sign in, maintain profile (region/district for Hong Kong), read news/alliance updates and submit assessment redemptions. Forgot-password flow verifies email + date of birth before sending a reset link.
Staff roles, news & alliances
Settings cover user types and roles. Captured roles: Admin, Clerk, Manager, Sales. News CMS uses a WYSIWYG editor; alliances get their own module so partner announcements surface in the member news feed.

Working-system video
The recording walks the same PHP MVC desk as these screenshots — admin modules, loyalty flows and the member portal. UnifiedPBX.in is not a public Membership loyalty platform login.

Architecture
The rule: one custom MVC core serves admin modules and the themed member portal from the same MySQL schema.
