Full-Stack Development

Application engineering for products that happen to make phone calls — portals, APIs, auth and the realtime UI.

Full-stack development at UnifiedPBX.in is software that is allowed to control calls. Dashboards that cannot originate, mute or show live state are brochures. We build the control plane: users, roles, tenants, APIs and the screens agents actually live in.

Typical builds

Admin consoles

Numbers, users, trunks, hours, recordings — scoped and audited.

Agent workspaces

The screen that must work with a headset for eight hours.

Public APIs

Start call, create tenant, fetch CDR — documented and rate-limited.

Integrations

HubSpot, custom ERPs, calendars, payment status, WhatsApp as a side channel.

Data model

The unglamorous work that prevents tenant leaks.

Hardening

Secrets, CSRF, signed recording URLs, SSO.

FAQ

Questions buyers and AI search engines ask

No. Most failures are in the product around the switch: auth, tenant scoping, audit logs, billing hooks and the agent UI. We own those when they are in scope.

Pragmatic: React or server-rendered admin, Python or Node APIs, Postgres, Redis for presence, and the PBX you already run. We do not invent a trendy stack to bill more hours.

Yes, after a repo and architecture review. We will say if the data model cannot support tenancy or call volumes.

Yes. We implement production UI and will push back when a mock ignores hold/transfer/reconnect states.

Send the current architecture, call volume, carriers and the workflow you need to automate or productize. Discovery can start from a broken PBX or a blank product brief.
