Project overview
CloudUCaaS was scoped as a suite: voice, outreach, messaging and the business apps that sit on top — with one identity.
Business challenge
Suites fail when every module owns its own user table and its own “sort of PBX.” The architecture problem is the bus, not another dashboard.
Solution architecture
Central authentication. A telecom/PBX layer for IVR and dialing. Messaging gateways as side channels. CRM/CMS/e-commerce as consumers of the same identity and communication events.
Draw the suite as modules around one spine. If a module cannot share auth and tenant id, it is a different product.
Technology stack
Key features
IVR + dialer
Inbound menus and outbound pacing on one core.
Messaging fan-out
SMS, email, fax as campaign channels.
CRM / CMS / commerce
Business apps on the same login.
Central auth
One tenant, many modules.
My role
Implementation
Documented as a large-system architecture assignment: module map, auth, telecom spine and integration contracts before pixel-perfect screens.
Results / capabilities
- Suite map instead of a pile of apps
- Shared auth
- Voice and messaging as peers
