Project overview
Documented work on Ninjadialer / VirtualMentor-class and Nexcon-class CRM stacks: outreach, queueing and back-office on one platform.
Business challenge
A dialer without CRM is a noise machine. A CRM without a dialer is a graveyard of leads. Insurance and real-estate teams need both, plus DNC.
Solution architecture
SIP cores for pacing and agent legs. CRM for leads, dispositions and appointments. OpenSIPS where edge routing needed it. Angular/Node for the agent desktop.
Campaign engine asks the core for a customer leg and an agent leg. Dispositions write back before the next dial.
Technology stack
Key features
Predictive / campaign dialing
Pacing against agent availability.
Lead workflow
Ownership, retry, recycle.
Appointments
Booked from the same desktop.
DNC and DID hygiene
Compliance is a feature, not a memo.
My role
Implementation
Confidential clients in insurance and real-estate engagement. Outcome: outreach and queueing in one operating system.
Results / capabilities
- Dialer + CRM, not two vendors
- Disposition-gated pacing
- Appointment write-back
