Business use case — at a glance
- Step 1Persona-specific UI
- Step 2Session-bound tenancy
- Step 3Domain data store
- Step 4Workers & scheduler
- Step 5Optional voice orchestration
Modular monolith—voice beside the switch, not replacing it.
Multi-tenant RevOps SaaS architecture
How EAIBAP structures a modular monolith—for buyers validating engineering depth before commissioning a build.
Layers
- Vue 3 SPA — persona-specific workspaces (platform, tenant, staff)
- Go Gin API — REST, JWT sessions, permission codes per domain
- PostgreSQL — schemas:
iam, crm, comm,ai,wf,camp, integ, … - RabbitMQ workers + scheduler — webhooks, workflow steps, campaign jobs
- voice-orchestrator — ESL to FreeSWITCH; persists
comm.call_sessions
Tenancy rule
tenant_id is derived from authenticated session on every mutating API—not from a trusted client header. Cross-tenant access should be structurally difficult; database RLS is a production gate in the requirement register.
